Some of them may already have been discussed but the complexity of connected and automated vehicles and the fast-paced environment they evolve in, requires stakeholders to constantly anticipate the emergence of new challenges. Once current and upcoming issues have been spelled out, stakeholders will have a clearer picture of the gaps legislation should, or should not fill.
